We've been coming here for over 20 years We get very unique jewelry and the customer service is fantastic. Pam always has wonderful things to look at. She is helpful with special requests and an absolute joy to work with or visit with.

Jeri-without knowing the modification that needed to be made at the time of the sale-I could not have told you anything else up front. I said I would do it. I did do it. How would I know what you needed when you didn't know what you needed. If it was minor it would have been no charge. But it was not. It was a bail twice the size of what you picked out and paid for. No one was angry with you and I am sorry it was interpreted that way.
