Do not use this realtor! She is horrible! Left the key under our door Matt when we purchased our home in 2019 never met with us to hand us the key! Anyone could have moved in and claimed my home as theirs! The first time I ever came in physical contact with this realtor Peggy was only this last year. Asking about shady business practices between her and a home owner selling the property behind me her allowing a drug addict vegrant to squat in the front yard of this property! She guided us through our purchase in the Lake Hughes area and went above & beyond to support the transaction with the seller & our lender. I don't feel our purchase would've gone through without her!
Used PJ De Hass property management services to manage property over 10 years. In the end, Peggy provided tenant with owners email address and cell phone to instead of handling baseless dispute after tenant skipped out on rent and significantly damaged property. Unprofessional property management, works harder for tenants than owners, apparently does not ever inspects property during tenancy which could prevent or identify major issues in the first place.
