Gave them a $1700 deposit for a card that I never received and 30 days later still have not gotten my money back and been asking and now they will not speak to me

This place is a scam. Sales guy said he was the owner and according to online he's not the owner. Niece very recently bought from him and I wish I had known ahead. But I was out of state. Now got to go through the whole deal of getting money back and filing a lawsuit if they don't cooperate.
I've read all reviews about this company I recomend for anyone wanting to buy from This company to bring your own mechanic and or your own Code reader before buying any car at the price they are selling cause I my slef have drove by and seen nice cars at low reasonable prices more then likely you could be buying a lemon
