Had Jim come by twice in the same week for two unrelated issues. Both times: quick response, the service was professional & competent service, pleasant personality. Go Regional.
2 visits and a hole in my ceiling that doesn't even expose potential leaking pipes, and there is still an unknown leak. They also make you pay up front regardless of the satisfaction with the service. An extra star for being friendly but no stars for effective plumbing services.
