I Called them to replace the anode rod in my hot water Heater. They sent a plumber (Pete) over who could not get rod out with the single wrench he brought. He told me I needed a new water heater and still charged me 138$ when he fixed absolutely nothing. When I called to complain They Said Thats just the way it goes sometimes. This company is a scam. would never recommend them.
