Renting with PDQ Property Management was an excellent experience. Regina was very professional and shared information about the area. She explained what to expect from different neighborhood locations and went out of her way to find the right environment for me and my teenager. Her response time to Maintenance issues was immediate. Any issue we encountered was addressed promptly—often by the very next day. I am truly saddened that she will no longer be our property manager, as her dedication and professionalism have made a significant impact. This is one of the biggest jokes of a management I’ve ever experienced. They refuse to help the people who live in their properties and the house we live in is falling apart. Go anywhere else than this company.
I worked with Regina for 3 years - first managing my property, and then selling on my behalf. As a property manager, she was always responsive, took care of the tenants, and kept me in the loop so that I wouldn’t be surprised by any expenses. As a real estate agent, she helped get my property listed and sold, and communicated with me nearly daily to keep me aware of how the property was doing. I value her attentiveness and friendship, and would work with again if I find myself in Fernandina Beach
I had an extremely frustrating experience with PDQ Property Management while trying to rent a home. After days of communication, including discussions about terms, availability, and next steps, the broker failed to disclose that the property was already under contract.
