I had an extremely frustrating experience with PDQ Property Management while trying to rent a home. After days of communication, including discussions about terms, availability, and next steps, the broker failed to disclose that the property was already under contract. We have been working with Regina and PDQ for the last 3.5 years and our experience has been stellar. We chose Regina to manage our property, which will eventually be our retirement home, because of her responsiveness and attention to our needs and requests. Worst property manager ever. Regina never set foot in the trailer before renting it out. Renovations and repairs were not completed prior to move in. It was rented as a fully fenced yard in Oct 2023. Fencing was not completed and gate made functional until Aug of 2024. 74 yro woman was a captive in her house because she couldn't open the gate. The trailer was also leased with a fully functioning fire place, with a gas insert which the repair man said there was no way to repair and it needed to be replaced in Nov of 2023 and ... read more
Appalling conditions never addressed at my friends trailer. Property manager did not return her deposit for conditions that were pre-existing. Do not recommend.
We enjoyed working with Regina. She was always responsive to any issues.
