We are happy with doing business with them. Everything has been totally professional, what we needed, when we needed it. We look forward to a longterm relationship.
We had our complete central a/c system replaced by P&D in 2015 and were satisfied with all aspects of the service. However, they apparently are not equipped to service their customers needs when they have a problem. Our compressor apparently failed on a weekend and I attempted to call them to have someone from their company to come out and check out the problem. DONNA the owner of P & D charged my senior citizen mother for an “emergency appointment” and the paperwork stated customer has no a/c. THIS WAS A HUGE LIE, the a/c was working and the service man came during normal working hours and basically did nothing and didn’t even do basic service for the over charged incorrect bill. When she called to explain to DONNA that she was incorrectly charged and Donna screamed at her and said if she didn’t like the service she could go elsewhere.
