The crew came out the same day, fixed my lawn pump and all my sprinklers. I will for sure be scheduling them every spring for a reset.
Product installed was good but follow up service was terrible. Called numerous times and left emails to have maintenance done after the product was installed. They answered one email saying they would try to put me on their schedule and never heard from them again. I would never use this company again for any product.
I called these people twice. They use an answering service that seems to be completely unfamiliar with the area. They didn't bother with a call back. I'd steer clear of them as they obviously aren't very eager to work.
Once they install the system, they do not come back to fix errors.
