My Mom recently passed away and so to honor her love of Haitian cuisine I decided to serve it at her Repast. After my initial choice restaurants fell through, I happened upon and decided to go with P&D Catering and I’m glad I did! To start, communication was great from the beginning. You commonly find this as a problem with some caterers but not here. From beginning to end, service was great. Now for the food portion... I come from a very large family with a lot of opinions on food and I can truly say that P&D hit the mark on everything, for everyone! There was no food left behind! I had a great experience working with P&D Catering to provide food for my mother’s surprise birthday party! The process was smooth, professional, and Charlotte was easy to communicate with. She made sure to inform us ahead of time that the delivery would be a bit late due to traffic and gave regular updates to make sure the food got there as soon as possible. And of course the food was delicious! Guests especially enjoyed the goat, black rice and Mac and cheese. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again for future events!
I was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. I spoke with Charlotte who was very patient, polite and professional during my stressful event planning. The food came on time. I would definitely recommend them for your next catering event.
