Avoid at all costs. We unfortunately had a terrible experience with Warren Packer at the Westport Villas townhomes. We were ready to move fast and place a lot of money down for upgrades, but Warren was unwilling to entertain reasonable transaction terms. He provided the TREC contract with numerous handwritten changes, which provided very little time for the buyer to complete their obligations, but plenty of language to allow Warren to extend schedule, increase cost and even cancel the contract at anytime at his sole discreti... read more
