Great HMB store This store has a grea collection of Childrens clothes, shoes, hats, boots, etc. I have always had great service!
don't bother to shop there Hate to mention the race problem, but I have a lurking suspicion this was the case during my last visit. Working ten years in retail did not prepare me for the treatment I received. I went to this place with a friend. She was shopping without her kids, and I had my kids with me. So disappointed! I am so disappointed in my experience at P Cottontail & Company today! Upon arriving in Half Moon Bay I was so excited to see that there was a children's specialty store because I'm looking for Christmas dresses for my two daughters. Apparently it is not acceptable for parents to shop at this store with children in toe because the sales lady (gray hair) was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. She followed us around, made numerous rude comments and told us that we should take our kids to a playground. After... read more
Store owner I am Marjorie Nureyev I called you concerning the Little Helpers Aprons you purchased from me some time ago. If the aprons were not selling you could have called me and exchanged them for a different apron. Since you did not call I thought you were doing just fine with the aprons you had in stock. Horrific Experience There should be an addition to the sign No food, No drinks and No pets....to include No Children. My daughters and I walked into a cute little shop for children. Yes they had nice merchandise, however, my daughter of 2 had accidentally knocked over a wobbly rack which fell on her. She was buried. My friend asked how that happened and a very rude lady said it was because my daughter was running in the store. Had no regard for my daughters safety. Did not even ask if she was ok. satisisfied shopper this is by far the best kids store ever! we are new to the area and had the best time there with our three kids--they can't wait to go back to get their halloween costumes--love it --- Also great gifts!!
