Nice Store/Nice People/Great Items We love P Cottontail & Co. We shop there frequently and always find the owner to be friendly, helpful and courteous. I shop there with my daughter and my two grandchildren ages 4 and 2. The selection of items always is ample and we especially like finding their Halloween Outfits at this store. I can't wait to go there again.
Where did the Old Store Manager go. Sherry her name was I gotta say ever since the little blond store manager left it has never been the same. She was the friendliest and most helpful person ever. Anytime we would go in she greeted us and my children. Horrific Experience There should be an addition to the sign No food, No drinks and No pets....to include No Children. My daughters and I walked into a cute little shop for children. Yes they had nice merchandise, however, my daughter of 2 had accidentally knocked over a wobbly rack which fell on her. She was buried. satisisfied shopper this is by far the best kids store ever! we are new to the area and had the best time there with our three kids--they can't wait to go back to get their halloween costumes--love it --- Also great gifts!!
no right to be in the retail business This is by far the worst establishment in the U.S. The woman who operates/owns the store is rude, classless, and has no right to be around children. I have NEVER had anyone treat me or my children so rudely. Never walk in there. I was not surprised to see so many other dissatisfied customers write nasty comments about her
Great HMB store This store has a grea collection of Childrens clothes, shoes, hats, boots, etc. I have always had great service!
don't bother to shop there Hate to mention the race problem, but I have a lurking suspicion this was the case during my last visit. Working ten years in retail did not prepare me for the treatment I received. I went to this place with a friend. She was shopping without her kids, and I had my kids with me. horrible Service The sign on the window should say " NO KIDS" The owner is rude and mean to kids. I have experienced horrible service 3 times in a row now, and will never go back after the way she treated my child and my nephew!!
