Moe is the man! Had an issue with my Alienware gaming PC not booting up properly. Contacted Dell about it (useless) and hit up a couple of uBreakiFix locations (even more useless). GPU had been running very hot, even at low power draw/ utilization. I saw Moe was highly rated and asked him for a thermal paste reapplication for the GPU: I came in 10:30AM and asked for the GPU back at 2/3PM. He told me he was very busy but he will try. He will called me at 1:15PM telling me it was good to go. His price was fair and about 30-40% better than what I was quoted for other Tech Repair shops in the area.
