I brought my MacBook in after talking to them on the phone. He quickly looked at it and determined it was a screen problem. He looked up the price to replace and it was crazy. He also suggested it might be better to buy a new one. He was so kind and honest, he went on line to show me a recent price of a new Mac and did not charge me for the time he spent.
