Horrible customer service. I was advised to ship my laptop in to have it sent to the manufacturer to have the motherboard replaced. That didn't end up being the problem, even though Jason was convinced it was. I was forced to pay to have it shipped to and from Evanston for something that could have been fixed locally. They wasted my time and money, and Jason argued with me about the shipping cost. This is not a good way to run a small business as I will never buy anything from them ever again.

I am really upset with PC, I have had my husbands computer into them several times, most recently to have the mother board replaced, and they didn't download the correct version of windows. Another big disappointment is the fact that I can't seem to get a hold of the manager to see if it is just because they have crappy hands. Not happy with my experience.
