I recently had an appt between 8-12. At noon, no one appeared so I called the company. They assured me someone would be there within the hour. Two hours later they finally arrived. I needed the mix valve replaced on two showers. They quoted me $800 each and said this was a big job and would take at least a half a day. I called to make an appt and unless I paid a $200 emergency fee for them to come out that week, I had to wait a week. On the day of my appt (10-2 window) they didnt show until 5 and when I called earlier to check on them they said they were taking care of emergency calls. So they seem to push off people, even those that have appts, unless you pay the $200. after getting my estimate ($1200 to replace the motor that the tech said was gone, and a fan blade) I paid the deposit and the parts were supposed to come in within 3 days... read more
