I went to PC expanders looking for spyware removal and a computer tune up. I had read some terrible reviews online but I thought it was worth a shot since they were affordable. I was wrong. they are such a terrible waste of time and money. I got back the computer in a worse condition. There were scratches on the screen. I tried to explain saying the liquid plasma screen is sensitive and must be handled with care. I got yelled at by the manager. Manager from the middle ages with computer skills from the dark ages. They do not have the least bit of experience in repairing computers, especially laptop computers. If you are willing to have your computer stranded at PC expanders for 6 months, then maybe this is the place for you. I have lived in amherst all my life and this place is undoubtedly the worst establishment I have ever come across. Disgraceful customer service.
