I am currently renting here and would NOT recommend this company. We have been here over a year and the customer service is awful as well as the maintenance. Every time something goes wrong in our place, it take almost a month to get anything fixed. Everytime we call the office for an update on a repair, we are treated as though WE are inconveniencing THEM. DO NOT RENT FROM P&B. I am active duty military and have been moving around the country for the past 13 years. I have rented from numerous reality companies but none like P&B. The staff was/is completely unprofessional. Work Orders do not get fixed properly or in a timely manner. I was without AC in the summer for over a month. If you know anything about OK summers, they are hot! Upon moving out, I scrubbed the place from top to bottom and received a $60 “light cleaning fee”. STAY AWAY BAD BUSINESS!!!!! DIDNT EVEN PROCESS MY APPLICATION AND DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND SELF CENTER THEY DID NOT PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST! THIER WHOLE DEMEANOR IS IF AS THEY ARE ANNOYED WITH WORKING.
They will screw you over and charge ridiculous amounts for the smallest thing. Gave them $1550 in deposits. When I moved out I got $25 of it back! Which I knew I wouldnt get it all back but seriously!!! Will provide pictures of stuff
