I have known Ralph for approximately 20 years. During this time he has exhibited and adhered to the tenets of professionalism and honor. It is rare that you are able to say that you trust someone in this world, but I trust Ralph, and by default any activity that he engages in. When a real estate need arises for my family and I , Ralph will get the call!
I sold my house with Ralph! This guy is exceptional at what he does. He is up front about expectations, and really just shoots from the hip. I admire and respect that. It can only be stated that Ralph is the best Realtor in Miami. He took on the gargantuan task of selling my little home, even though it wasn't his usual market. 57 or so bids, and 99% weren't worth the bother. Selling that house was a nightmare, and he was an angel to put up with it all. The city I lived in made things difficult to say the least. Finally, finally we sold!!! It was an incredible relief. I sometimes can't believe that he went through so much effort on my behalf. My eternal thanks!!
