always crazy how companies and businesses can take your money overnight but take months to return it. P&B associate housing process has been a nightmare. Now I’m out 1,100$ for a house I didn't even buy because they kept making promises they couldn't keep.

Michelle Gongora-Cothran and her team were awesome. My family used her to sell my Mom’s home after she passed, and Michelle and her team were thoughtful, humorous, and handled things at a very difficult time for my family. I then used her to help me buy my first home after, and she made the process pretty easy. Michelle and her team listened to what I wanted and payed attention to my limits, walkover me through a very daunting first home buying experience. I cannot recommend Michelle enough!!
