Doesn’t answer emails and doesn’t answer phone or voicemails. Forwards your call even if you’re calling during business hours. Takes your items you paid for and leaves you wondering if you’ll ever receive them. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
I had a terrible experience with Alex. I'm sure he's a great guy,he seemed cool and gave me a reasonable price and starting date,but after pushing me off for well over a month saying my floor didn't come in yet,he finally asked me for a down payment so he can place my order,a full month and a half after his promised install date. Alex is a real slacker wen it comes to communication. He finally just dropped me and left me hanging with a simple sorry,and good luck.
Professional crew, quality work and got the job done fast. We will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs and have recommended them to our family and friends. Thanks P and P!
