The only reason I even feel okay about leaving a star is for Jessica, the woman who actually monitors the visitations, she’s wonderful. Patricia on the other hand is extremely rude and nonprofessional. Not to mention she was threatening to me. Safe to say we no longer use her services. I urge you to look else where if looking for a monitor service. This woman is vile!
Extremely unprofessional and biased against fathers / men. Biased reporting, falsified reporting, refusal to comply with subpoenas, hostile, verbally attacked me multiple times, son injured in her care, very unsafe. You can do much better than this service. Many other providers in the industry that I've interviewed have said the same about her. Just a nasty nasty person.
I absolutely love Patricia and her staff - quite a heart of gold . I was monitored as a parent who was trying to get sober. I was so scared that the courts wanted this but I knew if I just followed through and change my life for the better 14 yrs later I have my family back . Getting my head right to me a mom was the first thing I had to do. I never thought being an alcoholic addict could ruin my parenting but it sure did. Thank you God for P.A. Nash and Associates
This service is all about doing nothing, I was using her service for my Ex during her visitation and every time my daughter was in visitation she would come home with a lot of emotional damages and injuries that was because of neglect of parenting and monitoring. I was begging her to give me reports to see what is happening what is your staff monitoring? My daughter is still under my Ex hurts and neglect and she didn't so I report them or rhw Court and they fired them. Please don't trust them.
Patricia Nash is arrogant and incompetent. If you are forced to use her, be sure to get all paperwork she is responsiuble for as it is produced. Get receipts for all moneys tendered, and keep records of all your interactions. I found out the hard way that she will be pleasantly disposed towards you, and then speak ill of you behind your back. One of the best monitors in OC, been in business for over 20 years. Appears that other reviewer is ON DRUGS and probably got busted for child neglect by CPS that is why she has to have a monitor and is bitter....

Patricia Nash doesn't have enough monitors to adequately service the clients she has. If one of her monitors is not available for what ever reason, you are out of luck! Your visit is canceled short notice! This is very hurtful to the child looking forward to his visit with family. Do yourself a favor and find another monitor or have a back up. Do Not hire Patricia Nash!
Patricia Nash has failed to provide court ordered visitation several times. Which is hurtful to the child involved because they miss a visit with their loved one. She does not operate her business professionally. I would not recommend this monitor service or have a back up monitor. She does not have enough monitors available should one of her monitors get sick or take time off.
