This company is filled with the most frustrating, arrogant and incompetent people imaginable. If that wasn't bad enough, they are not looking out for the homeowner, they hire landscape and snow removal companies that charge them thousands over budget and they do nothing but pass the charges onto homeowners. The worst company to deal with. We have been waiting for 4 months to have our deck put back up on our condo. When they allowed the contractor to take it down due to it being rotted there was no notice. There has been no help from P&A. It should not take this long.

p&a management is the worst company to deal with. All the stress and agony of those bastards beating people out of their money is ridiculous. They don't fix what they should, will harass you and charge you for what they are responsible for and al pellegrino has his watchdogs doing some illegal bs for him. Really consider relocating elsewhere because this company is a nightmare.
