The lady (I believe her name is Tracy) is the rudest person I've ever come across over the phone. Her customer service is terrible. I can't do anything but believe she purposely wants to run this business into the ground. Also, the address says Moline with a Moline area code but she stated she's not in Moline said good luck and hung up on me. Maybe she's having a bad day but me too so I just really want no one else to patronize this place. Good Luck. *click*
