I received great service from the team and their price are great!
I called and emailed ahead for a 90-minute test and was quoted $285. I was told the technician would advise me if anything additional was needed. Instead, I received a surprise invoice for $521 almost two weeks after the technician came—without any communication or approval for the extra charges. They added several items, including a battery replacement—despite the fact that I had replaced the battery just two weeks prior.
