Easy to work with. They answered the phone with the human being. They knew their stuff. I will be using them going forward.
We’ve had repeated issues with this fire service company. 1. Even when appointments were scheduled, they often failed to arrive on time and changed the service dates without proper notice multiple times. 2. After completing the service, they failed to submit the required report to the village, which caused us to receive a warning letter. Despite their mistake, there was not even a simple apology. 3. I call to get a quote and asked what was the next opening, they provided the date and time and I told the lady on the phone I needed a more close window and NEVER confirm an appointment, I went with another company that was able to give me an exact time and date and this company still came and is billing me for a serve that was never done. Bro.. you must be crazy to go anywhere else to get you Fire Hazard needs. Whole staff is unbelievable and the price is equal to mach. Skip all the competition and head straight here. Did I mention the staff and the employees are bright sunshine and happy customer service..I was treated like I own the place. 10 out of 10
