I recently had an experience working with Ric, and unfortunately, despite completing the agreed-upon work, we did not receive any payment. I communicated my concerns with Ric, but did not get any response at all. As a result, I found the payment practices to be unreliable. I believe that prompt and fair compensation is essential in maintaining a positive working relationship, and I hope that Ozzy Multiverse Services takes steps to address this issue moving forward.
