It took several calls to get an actual receipt and they even hung up on a call.
Hung up the phone on me. I have been politely asking for a receipt for two weeks now. Different person answers the phone every time and says they will send it immediately - never comes. Made me Zelle the money for the cleaning as well, instead of providing an invoice. Not sure this is even a real company at this point. Buyer Beware.
Awesome customer service, our carpets looked great, and the pricing is very reasonable!! Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer!!
