My exercise classes with OzSquad have been a highlight of living in Manly these last few years and one of the things I'll miss most now I've moved back home to Melbourne. Great workouts on the beach at dawn, great company and chats as we all sweated and puffed our way through. Special shoutout to the wonderful and irrepressible Lindsey who took such care to help me regain my fitness after cancer treatment.
Awesome group of trainers and friendly fun style. Great variety of options in the timetable to suit from hardcore runners to yoga. Really supportive of your goals and abilities. Lots of extra events too, to meet other people, and do things like walks, fun runs, swims etc.
Sessions are fantastic - instruction, content, variety, locations, timing and a friendly bunch - a great start to the day - I recommend highly to friends Simon
Carly Steggles is an incredible athlete and coach. I joined her beginner running course with no prior experience in long-distance running, as I had always been more of a sprinter. Four years ago, I discovered I essentially function on one lung, which explained why running long distances had always been so challenging for me.
