As a former contractor with Ozone Roofing Inc. I have a lot to say. Between the absolute failure to communicate in a timely fashion to the illegal withholding of their contractors pay as a form of punishment, this is by far the worst company I have ever worked "WITH." The CEO and subordinate Sales Owner, BJ, apparently think it's okay to discuss punishment for actions, despite how non contradictory to company policy those actions may be, actions such as seeking employment outside of Ozone, and furthermore, consider withhold... read more
