This doc and their people give hard time to pre authorization. I'm fully diabetic and i couldn't get my primary medication for last 1 month. They keep forgetting to contact my health insurance and submit the pre authorization and clinical information that my health insurance company wanted. They never look at the email nor reply.
Not recommended, don't know why many stars given but my wife endured the worst care in the hands of incompetence staff and a doctor that sees her patients from a plastic booth ,my wife needed a prior authorization and a 2020 form for transportation for a mri which was needed by a Neurologist but was declined by her and staff . Dr. Jahan also refused to authorize her diabetic strips which she recently prescribed must I go on ? Very bad service, Prior to transferring my mother’s care, I contacted the front desk specifically to confirm that Dr. Musammat Jahan accepts the required insurance and is authorized to sign the necessary documentation. I was given explicit confirmation by the front desk staff that the services and insurance were accepted. Based entirely on this confirmed information, we proceeded with transferring her care and attended the necessary appointment. Doctor also seen her. This clinic and its doctor are extremely poor. I strongly advise you to find another one. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all.
Finally , I got my doctor ! Excellent!
