The technician's body odor is terrible. He asked me to step outside in the cold, then he sat in my seat. Why? The majority of the technicians simply reach in and plug in the computer cord. His uniform was covered in oil stains, and he smelled like cat urine. I didn’t want to stand in the cold, so I went inside to use the restroom, and let me tell you. It is horrible.
