Ozone Disinfection was very responsive to my inquiries, emails, etc. and they were always courteous. I had to change my service date a couple times, and they accommodated us without any problems. 3 men came to the home to do the service and they were professional. Some dust did get out during the cleaning of the bathroom vents, but they warn you that the process cannot be 100% dust-free, so I expected that. I had them do the HVAC system, bathroom vents and dryer vent. They are recommended for all.
