The installation was way below average... Was lied to about a warranty dispute .. would NOT recommend to anybody GO ELSEWHERE
Five star service all around. As a woman who loves all things 4WDing and camping, some times you can be treated not the greatest at other 4WD places. Not at Oz Off Road, though! The boys always go out of their way to help me out, answer any questions I may have (no matter how "silly" they may sound), and have helped me build my dream rig. Warren at the front desk has a great wealth of knowledge about anything I might need for camping, and is very encouraging for me to get out there and do it on my own. Great workshop crew at Oz Off Road Penrith. Very good blokes—friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Excellent service and highly recommended!
From 1st contact found staff friendly, obliging, efficient. Did new awning, maintenance, rego all under one roof. So easy to manoeuvre van. Definitely recommend and worth 5 STARS. Thank you Karl for the extra attention..Will return next year.
