I had a contract with Duane. The contract was never completed. Good faith payment was kept. Work done. Substandard. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A VENT IN. I had them come back after installing. And put the vent in floor.

Duane and Tyler did a great job installing my carpet. They were timely, professional, and careful, and the final result was beautiful. Great customer service from a terrific owner; definitely the kind of people one wants to do repeat business with. I will definitely call them for my next project.
