We did not have a good experience with this floor covering service. The job got done….eventually. We had them do the entire house after tenants moved out. We got a lot of delays and excuses, everything from being ill and hospitalised, his mom passing away, the fork lift battery dying and he didn’t order enough carpet and was 25 feet short. The job was done well in the end but I got very tired of chasing and all the delays. I can’t say I recommend them.
Invested over 10K in the product and another 6K in labor, 2yrs later this is what we are dealing with. Very unprofessional, uneducated, and will not return phone calls. Do your research before hiring these guys. They do not stand behind their work.
We’ve hired Duane twice and both times have been very happy. He is easy to communicate with, follows through with what he says and does quality work! Highly recommend.
I had a contract with Duane. The contract was never completed. Good faith payment was kept. Work done. Substandard. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A VENT IN. I had them come back after installing. And put the vent in floor.
