Attorneys Isaac Franco and Bernie Lord provided excellent one on one professional services. The law firm and attorneys provided legal services above and beyond my expectations.
Bernie and Sue are a fantastic team. Bernie is exceptionally knowledgeable in the subject matter and explains processes and questions that are very easy to understand. Sue is very responsive and knowledgeable as well. She is very organized with data and responds quickly.
I was very happy with all aspects of the closing. The lawyers + staff kept me well informed of what and wen my signatures were needed. Everything else was handled by them. With the sale almost complete, the first buyer backed out. The condo was put back on the marked, sold + the closing continued without any extra trouble or added expense on my part. I highly recommend this group.
