Joe & james of Ozel’s jewelry are very helpful, especially regarding broken jewelry! We bought my wedding ring there over 15 years ago when Joe custom made my open-band design! I bought my wife a beautiful ring and she loved it but it needed to be re-sized. A friend suggested we take it to Ozel’s on El Paseo. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by James (a friendlier gentleman you will never meet) and he took very good care of us. When we next met to pick up my wife’s ring, the fit was perfect (we even got it a day earlier!) Thank you James, we do appreciate the beautiful work and the timely delivery!
