All ozel jewlery stores are very professional and have a lovely selection of jewlery 10/10 would recommend going there for whatever your jewlery needs are from fixing jewlery to making jewlery and more!

Very good customer service, even over the phone. I called to inquire about an appraisal and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and provided help even though they may not be able to do the appraisal. I appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness and kindness so much!

I went here yesterday to two rings sized, the two women checking me in were so helpful and sized it within 45 minutes. They were great, I will definitely be back!!
