Very good customer service, even over the phone. I called to inquire about an appraisal and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and provided help even though they may not be able to do the appraisal. I appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness and kindness so much!

Went for watch battery replacement The place is beautiful Have fine jewelry and watches Workers / employees are so nice and welcoming Met Estee (hope I did not miss spilling the name ) Whole service took 5 minutes They even did not charge me Will go back for sure .
