The Ozco products I used made the arbor look professionally built. It made the wedding seem special. Thanks for the great parts,fast delivery and helpful sales staff. The arbor now waits for a swing to be added. How can I post pics

I really like these products that Ozco offers. But they really need to watch the quality control issue of too much powdercoat on the post brackets. I had to take a mallet to the plates to seat them on the post base which chipped the paint off the base tab. One out of two base posts were like this. It was kind of frustrating. Also the plugs seem to want to crossthread easily.
Thank you for a structurally sound yet decorative product. I can enjoy my 2nd story covered deck now without worrying anyone will fall off and still enjoy our lake/wilderness views. BAMF the basset is getting up there in years and Zeus the mastiff is a pup. Being able to enjoy my morning coffee with them makes for a great start to any day. THANK YOU�
The quality, strength and look can’t be topped. Every fastener on my deck (except for deck screws), are OZCO. The black powder coat adds just such a look of class. I will enjoy this space for years to come. Wonderful product line. I’ll be building a timber pavilion next year and will be using OZCO for that as well.
