David Haskins is not very knowledgeable on value of houses. He way over appraised my father house in Isabella ,mo. Sat on market with no interest at all. He and Ozark county Administrator, Melinda Abraham work in cahoots' together, If they are related. He don't advertise on any web sites but his own. He says one thing and does something else If you look on his web he has houses for a year with no sale. The one's he don't sell he still wants a commission. I recommend going somewhere else.
