I had to go to the ER a few nights ago, and not only were the nurses and doctor very patient and helpful, I got a call back today checking up on me. That really meant a lot. Thank you.

I had a short stay a few months ago. The Staff is very attentive and caring.
Our family comes in monthly and ive never been so disgusted. We have an autistic 2 year old who doesnt talk and so he sometimes screeches to express his feelings and excitement we had a receptionist come up to us and told us to hold on to him to make him stop because they had complaints and walked off without allowing me to explain why he was doing it and that holding him will only send him into a harmful meltdown thats worse than his little happy screeching he does.... its a family practice office with pediatrics there! Have used that E. R. for years, never a problem, in fact I was always impressed, UNTIL I took my daughter there the other night! The Dr never even came into the room after we waited 3 hrs to get into one, sent the nurse in to give her 2 benadryl, which she was already taking like clockwork since she got bit, take her vitals, and sent her home. IT WAS A TOTAL WASTED TRIP!!!
