Okay, 5+ stars! The guys at Ozarko tire are customer driven. After another tire shop told me that their was no way to get my tire fixed on Christmas eve. I called Ozarko tire and they said to bring it in and they would try to fix it but if it needed a tube put in it, they would not be able to fix it until after Christmas. I had 40 tons of road rock piled in my driveway the needed to be spread out so guest could attend our Christmas party. want to leave a review because this really made me angry. If you go to this shop for service, they will rip you off. When I got home and checked, I saw that they charged me for labor three times, even though they only performed two services. We agreed on two. On top of that, I bought a used tire from them. The price shown was $150, but when it came time to pay, they suddenly told me it was $250. They simply cheat their customers. Keep this in mind if you go there. I honestly hope they go out of business
Excellent service, very fast and high-quality. Excellent company. Professional staff. Payton Herd did a very high-quality job. I watched him work and was very pleased. I recommend him to everyone!
