I’m happy with the customer service and their delivery schedule and their Ozarka Spring water. I had not thought about how good this company really is till I had a bad experience with trying deal with a local company where my daughter lives. So, thank you for excellent service.
Water is fine. Bottles are a nightmare... Caps too tight..Bottles flimsy... Prepare to get wet!
Not buying these water bottles again. Tired of hurting my hand to open your cheap bottles. Spills water all over you and still can't bust the seal.
This new bottle design is so difficult to open. They collapse and waste when opening them. Such a waste to create this poor design. How much cheaper can it be to bottle free water.
