Wish I had a option for zero stars. First of all the guy who unloads the trailer was very rude. I arrived @8:47 for a 9 am appointment and it’s now 12 and he’s hasn’t even started I asked if it was a problem and he said he’s on the the clock
We have had home delivery for years & it just keeps getting worse...meanwhile the prices keep going up by a lot! They cancel delivery at the last minute, often with little or late notification. This week delivery was supposed to be Wednesday, they cancelled by phone about mid morning that day, saying delivery would be the next day. As it got late & no new message arrived, we decided to check the web site & now it says delivery is Friday.
