Do not use this company, they will not provide any assistance in providing a invoice to submit to your insurance company. I tried and they said that they couldn't provide any more information necessary in order for me to submit my claim. They only accept payment but don't want you to submit to your insurance company, ARE THEY HIDING SOMETHING???
No signs indicating they’re closed. I called multiple times and left a message. Waited in the parking lot and a lady pulled up and looked at me like I was stupid for asking if they were open. Should have signs saying you’re closed if you’re closed.
I have alway received excellent care from this clinic. Linda at the front desk is a doll and the newest doctor, Dr. Davis, is thorough, kind and really listens to his patients. He took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns and adjust my medications as needed as well as explain what he was adjusting and why he was adjusting it.
Luke is the best part of this group. Everyone else, including Dr Durges, are unhelpful. A simple migraine patient shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get relief. When I ACTUALLY spoke to (over the phone, never in the office) the Dr for the first time, she called me after hours of most pharmacy's and then acted put out about me asking for a work note. She actually told me that they wouldn't be writing me any more work notes. And if I continue having headaches, I should go to a specialist. She said all this without even tr... read more
