Customer Beware!!! Pinky's in Ozark are a bunch of CROOKS!!!? Went In for a new engine (which they did fix) and wound up with a hood that wouldn't open, bottom engine shield was hanging off,air compressor not working (it worked the day it was brought in )and when I tested the cylinder for clutch they took out it was working properly),and they charged me for replacing something that they didn't put in properly when replacing engine.

I can't decide if I think this shop is incompetent or if they are just plain old crooks. They had two of our vehicles for a solid 3 months. We paid them $6,000, and neither of them was properly fixed when we finally got them back. He replaced some seals on my daughter's Corvette engine on two separate occasions and told her that was all it needed, but when she picked it up, he told her it needed an engine. I'm no expert, but I can't understand why you would charge someone $2000 to replace seals on an engine that is no good. ... read more
Mike Is EXTREMELY rude and nasty; does not hold him self accountable for anything dealing with his shop. Wouldn't use these people if they were the last service in ozark . 8 hrs to get a tire installed onto a rim , amongst a plethora of other issues. Would NOT recommend.
