I am currently looking for an apt and came across this place randomly online. I have never stayed here or even laid eyes on the place. Reviews tell me everything I need to know about a potential rental. I'm reviewing this place because I am so appalled by the lack of professionalism in this company's responses to negative reviews on here. You sound like a petty teen who can't stand criticism. The absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management is completely unprofessional and they do not care about their residents whatsoever. Homeless people will camp out near the dog park area from off the highway and management doesn’t do anything about it. If you call the emergency maintenance number nobody will answer, and they won’t apologize for it. Do not rent here.
Awesome apartment! Great views and appliances! Management is great and the maintenance team keeps everything going. Great place to live!
