The absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management is completely unprofessional and they do not care about their residents whatsoever. Homeless people will camp out near the dog park area from off the highway and management doesn’t do anything about it. If you call the emergency maintenance number nobody will answer, and they won’t apologize for it. Do not rent here.
Awesome apartment! Great views and appliances! Management is great and the maintenance team keeps everything going. Great place to live!

Long read, but worth it if you want to know what you may possibly be signing up for. We’ve had problems since the day we moved in. When we got our keys and walked in, we quickly realized we were paying way too much for what we were receiving. Every single room in the apartment had major scratches, floor boards bowing, and cracked. There was no trim around the base of any cabinet in the place.
