2.5 stars. Sometimes you cannot assess properly until some time has passed. Leak under shower a year ago. Plumbers 'abandoned' job as it was primarily construction. Shower basin and some flooring replaced. Foreman was doing work up the road and left worker alone. Talked a lot when he should have been focused on job. I am fat and old, but managed to crawl underneath as job was being "finished". Soggy flooring left in a pile immediately beneath shower, beckoning termites. Very bad sign.
