This company did a fantastic job in all areas! Worked well with our insurance adjuster, kept us informed every step of the way, was timely with their work and their work was excellent. No complaints. So glad our insurance company recommended them.
My home suffered damage after the 2024 Bentonville tornado. Ozark Mountain and my project manager, Jo Nathan, helped me work with insurance to file a claim. They gave me a fair price on a great new roof and gutters, and worked closely with me throughout the replacement process. The crews that worked on my home were experts in their field, very neat and respectful. Ozark Mountain has a great work ethic and professional staff. I highly recommend them.
Called 4 times to have someone come back out to my house after completely missing a roof leak. Never once got a call back rescheduling a time to meet like I was told would happen. I had to pay a heating and air guy to come and actually find the leak and it was from the roof. Worthless
I contacted Ozark Mountain Roofing when I had a leak in my roof and they were out the same day to inspect. I worked with Jacob Briscoe, and I’m very happy with the work performed which was completed within a few days. He was professional, on time and responsive to calls and texts. I would certainly use them again in future and I would recommend their services.
