Ozark is one of the better companies for someone jus gttn started...
From what I'm used to it was a surprise everybody will help if you need it but don't make it feel like you're out by yourself
They are a decent company as long as you dont ask questions regarding your miles and if you leave they will not hire you back I left to go back to running flatbed and turned my truck in in Memphis at the terminal and was considering going back but was told they do not hire back drivers who leave for a different career really a stupid reason but there are better companys out there
We got the best dispatcher he keeps us busy he is a hoot at times....jimmy shimmy is 1 of a kind
