My daughter had to go in for stitches tonight and the physician and nurse were amazing! They made the process a breeze for her! 10/10 recommend!
My mother went to get seen for a wound to her hand and made it to the doors at 615pm. Their hours say they're open until 7 and the doors were locked. She had to go to the ER where other patients told her that they were there around 5 and were turned away without an explanation. This place is a joke and should be shut down.
The walk in is amazing the staff and the doctor and nurse is amazing. I went in with breathing problems and a really bad cough and congestion Which is all the same thing and I have asthma since I was a little kid and I couldn’t ask for a better result got very well taken care of and the doctors I had one of them was in training which I will not say names but she was amazing so was the nurse I had . I took my elderly father in. Was able to get him in quickly, but didn't assess or treat the issue. How do you know there isn't a circulatory issue when the doctor didn't remove his clothes shoes etc.
Have ear infection. Two days ago I went to this clinic for care. The doctor said he would call in a prescription for antibiotics and ear drop to Walmart West Plains. He did not. He only called in the drops. I have called this clinic repeatedly since my visit with the clinic and only once have I talked to a staff member. Message after message goes unanswered, no call backs. My ear is worse! Someone needs to find out why patients are NOT being given quality health care immediately.
