The walk in is amazing the staff and the doctor and nurse is amazing. I went in with breathing problems and a really bad cough and congestion Which is all the same thing and I have asthma since I was a little kid and I couldn’t ask for a better result got very well taken care of and the doctors I had one of them was in training which I will not say names but she was amazing so was the nurse I had . I took my elderly father in. Was able to get him in quickly, but didn't assess or treat the issue. How do you know there isn't a circulatory issue when the doctor didn't remove his clothes shoes etc.
Have ear infection. Two days ago I went to this clinic for care. The doctor said he would call in a prescription for antibiotics and ear drop to Walmart West Plains. He did not. He only called in the drops. I have called this clinic repeatedly since my visit with the clinic and only once have I talked to a staff member. Message after message goes unanswered, no call backs. My ear is worse! Someone needs to find out why patients are NOT being given quality health care immediately.
I came here with a fever of 101.8, body aches, chills, cough and runny nose, and a headache. They gave me a covid and flu test, both of which were "negative." I currently work as direct care staff, in-home care. The doctor, who I won't name in order to protect their privacy, provided me with a diagnosis of bronchitis. So they send me off with a note saying I can return to work after 24 hours without a fever. Shortly after, a person which I tend to has caught Influenza A. This mistake put lives at risk.
